Flood disaster: Adamawa donates N50m, six speedboats to Borno

Adamawa state government has donated N50 million, six speedboats to the Borno State Government to support victims of the recent flooding in the state.
This was contained in a statement by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri’s Chief Press Secretary Humwashi Wonosikau.
Governor Fintiri presented the donation to Borno Governor Babagana Zulum during a visit to Maiduguri and appealed for more support for the affected communities.
Governor Fintiri, Governor Zulum, and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, took a boat ride to assess the situation and sympathise with the displaced persons in the state.
Adamawa State Governor was in company of Secretary to the State Government Awwal Tukur, members of the State Executive Council, and friends.
