Late Paul Wampana
A former National Vice Chairman (North-East) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Paul Wampana is dead.
He was born in 1946 at Mubi of Adamawa State. Wampana joined active politics in 1978 and elected into the then Gongola State House of Assembly on 1979 where he became the Speaker.
Though details of his death is still sketchy, a family source said he died in Abuja.
Wampana represented the Adamawa Northern Senatorial District in the Senate in 1983.
