Golden Land Estate meets 1000 target of land owners, rewards over 50 realtors

Golden Land Estate Venture E has rewarded over 50 realtors (canvassers) for their hard work in helping the company to achieve its target of making 1000 people landlords and land ladies.
The realtors received gift items ranging from bags of rice, kitchen utensils like microwaves, smart television to smart phones.
Elated Comrade Damian Ogudike, one of the directors of the company, who spoke in an interview with journalists at the Sharon Hall, GRA, Onitsha, venue of the Midterm Summit and Awards, said what happened was just a tip of the iceberg from what would happen in December when the company would give out cars to hardworking realtors.
He said the Golden Land Estate Mid term Summit and Award was to celebrate their performance from January to June this year which he said has been encouraging.
Ogudike said their target for the first half of the year was to makec1000 people landlords and land ladies which according to him they achieved by May this year and overshot it.
He stressed the need for people to invest in land because it does not depreciate but continues to appreciate.
Also speaking Mr. Ike Eze, a co- director, said their target by the end of the year also include the acquiring of more sites and at the same time make more sales.
He asked those who want to invest in land in Anambra State to think of Golden Estate Venture Limited because according to him they are genuine.
“If you buy a land from us, you should just relax because your investment is intact. We do the needful before buying any land.It is necessary to partner with a notable, credible and transparent company like us.We will stand with you if there is any challenge to recover your land or money. We carry out due diligence before we buy land”he said.
Eze said the company has over 11 sites in Anambra State alone and had just acquired a site at Ibuzor, Delta State.
Addressing the people, Pastor Kinsley Orefo, Personal Assistant to Bishop E.C. Obiroah, founder and General Overseer of Life of Faith Church said his Bishop believed in combining God’s work with secular work
He said buying one’s own land was the second most important thing in any person ‘s life after salvation, hence the need to save money to buy own land.
The Bishop’s representative said people should de-emohasise buying cars especially expensive cars to invest in land .
“People should open their eyes and buy land to build their own houses both in the village and in the town” said Orefo.
He said Bishop Obiorah has passed vote of confidence in the Golden Land Estate Venture and consequently decided to partner with them.
The pastor said:”We have come on board.You are genuine. My Bishop is interested in partnering with Golden Land Estate. He is in your support. Land business is a business with reality.People should not fear”.
In her seminar presentation tagged : From Struggle to Stability: Unlocking the Golden Path to Wealth Creation, Princess Ekwi-Ajide stressed the need for people to learn how to start small.
Ekwi-Ajide, a journalist challenged the people to have positive mindset of making it in life, saying that investing in real estate by individuals cannot be over-emphasised because of its numerous importance.
She said Golden Land Estate Venture can help people who want to invest into real estate with flexible payment.
The event was spiced with gospel music by gospel artists including James Arum and comedians.
