Gombe NNPP guber candidate, Khamisu Mailantarki

The gubernatorial candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in Gombe State, Khamisu Ahmad Mailantarki on Saturday donated the sum of N2. 2m to the victims of recent bandits attack in Billiri LGA .
Khamisu Mailantarki made the donation when he paid a sympathy visit to the communities attacked by the yet to be identified bandits in Amtawalan and Paboure villages of Kalmai district in the Area.
Speaking during the visit, Khamisu Mailantarki sympathised with the people of the area over the unfortunate incident and prayed Allah to protect them from such ugly occurrence.
He assured if elected as the next Governor of the state in the 2023 General elections, his administration will prioritize the issues of security of lives and property of the citizens across the state.
The gubernatorial candidate added that his administration will put in place neighborhood security to identify bad eggs within each community and ensure effective policing in collaboration with the members of the community.
He then urged them to put the incident behind them and forge ahead with life just as he encouraged them to vote for leaders who have demonstrated availability to them.
Recall that the two communities were recently attacked and invaded by yet to be identified gunmen who killed three persons including a 90-year-old man, razed down houses and food storage points.
