The Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu Kefas has assured the Jukun-Wanu community in the state of his government’s preparedness to partner with them towards providing the desired infrastructure development.
The Governor stated this at the Exco Chamber of the Government House, Jalingo when he hosted the Jukun-Wanu community from Ibi local government led by Chief Moses Awoku who were in the Government House to show their solidarity and support for his administration.
Dr. Agbu reiterated his commitment to give the people of the state the best leadership and promised to carry along the Jukun-Wanu community and thanked them for their support.
The Governor commended the Juku-Wanu community for the visit and enjoined them to continue to maintained peace in their area.
Earlier, the Leader of the delegation Chief Moses Awoku told the Governor that they were in the government house to identify with him over his laudable programmes and policies.
Chief Awoku said the Governor has demonstrated pragmatic leadership qualities in running his Government and commended his sense of purpose to transform the state within the few weeks he has been on the driver’s seat.
He described the Governor as a man of his words and assured that the Jukun-Wanu community would continue to support his government.
