Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Chairman of Bakori Local Government Area, Alhaji Aminu Dan Hamidu, who passed away recently.
The Governor led a delegation of senior government officials and party leaders to Bakori, where he was received by the current Chairman, Hon. Abubakar Musa Barde, along with religious leaders, respected elders, and members of the bereaved family.
In his condolence message, Governor Radda reflected on the reality of life and death, reminding everyone that death comes to all whether rich or poor, young or old even to himself as Governor.
The Governor acknowledged that some may be happy or sad about the passing of others, but in the end, everyone will face the same end.
He further emphasized the importance of living with integrity: “Speaking the truth is good, but acting honestly is even more rewarding. Let us all strive to live in truth and righteousness,” the Governor urged.
He prayed for Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the late Chairman and asked that all our loved ones who passed before us be filled with faith in their graves.
Governor Radda also condoled the late Alhaji Dan Hamidu, describing him as a sincere and dedicated leader whose quiet efforts made a real difference at the grassroots level.
On behalf of the Government and the people of Katsina State, Governor Radda asks Allah to grant the deceased Aljannatul Firdausi, and extended condolences to the family.
