Hon. Ibrahim Bulus is man of the people

In a life of every progressive minded entity, there is always a time when it’s developmental machineries are restructured, remoulded and rebuilt to fine-tune it’s prevailing circumstances.
This involves initiating a process which must be founded on truth,honesty and credibility; a system capable of transforming the lives of the people with oriented programmes towards good governance.
In Nigeria, the local government, which is the third tier of government is also vested with the primary duties of enacting laws for good governance at the grassroots level. Democracy which has been regarded as the most popular form of political governance world over, in which the consensus of the people is of high importance,especially as it affects the good people of Karu Local government area, which as much as possible is accommodating plural societal interests as an urban area, Honourable Ibrahim Bulus’ political journey and pedigree makes him the unavoidable choice of his people in the forth coming chairmanship elections for Karu Local Government Area. There were efforts and there are results to show everywhere when he served his people as a councilor. And the strength of his effort is measured from the outstanding results rendered as dividends of democracy for the people of the ward he represented. According to one prominent politician of New Karu area, Mr.Ibrahim Ogar, the greatest miracle of power change in this forthcoming election in Karu is the incoming of a positive ideologist and innovative machine, in person of Honourable Ibrahim Bulus. Therefore, we are calling on the people to consider his candidature as a tested and trusted hand capable of moving Karu out of the doldrums of underdevelopment and the shackles of its retrogressive posture. In moving the Local government forward, we deserve to get the services of a visionary, credible, experienced and competent young politician like Honourable Ibrahim Bulus, who is an accomplished, Legislator of proven integrity.
According to the majority of the views of the Gbagyi people and other tribes resident in New Karu interviewed, Honourable Ibrahim Bulus is the candidate to beat as he has been tested and trusted. Honourable Ibrahim Bulus started his political career at the grassroots level. His decision to join the politics of his people was informed by his people’s desire to serve them. This led to his first and second term of political contests and democratic victories. He contested for Karu Central Ward in 2003 under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) and came out victorious. Based on his indomitable achievements while in the council, Honourable Bulus was appointed the Chief Whip and was later appointed the Acting Speaker of the Council respectively. In 2007, Honourable Bulus was re-elected for the second term to continue with the good works he started in Karu Ward, a mandate to which he has lived up to his people’s expectations. Karu Rebirth Organization, Women Leader, New Karu wing , Comrade (Mrs) Hanatu kunda, stated that, because of Honourable Bulus great achievements as a Councillor representing Karu Ward, it is our outmost belief that when given the mandate as the Executive Chairman, Karu local government area under the platform of All progressives Congress( APC), can even perform better in delivering the dividends of democracy at the door steps of the electorate. She promised to go all out to clamour for votes from the good people of Karu local government to join hands to ensure that victory is assured for the experienced young politician, Honourable Ibrahim Bulus man the leadership of the Council. According to her, Hon. Bulus knows exactly what to do for his people as he is ready to take Karu local government to the next level. In the word of the President of Igala- Bassa Elites, a non indigenous platform in New Karu chapter, Comrade Akoji Zakari, they are ready and willing to clamour for the services of this young, vibrant and experienced politician, Honourable Bulus, because of his numerous achievements ranging from donations of bundles of zinc to primary schools, Karu water project and the donation of 300KVA transformer to the primary school, Karu. He concluded that, if you ask Igala-Bassa Elites “our aim towards the forthcoming Karu local government elections, we will answer you in one voice ‘victory’ victory for goo governance, Victory for Honourable Bulus, Victory for great people of Karu local government area, Victory for Nasarawa state, Victory to All Progressives Congress (APC).”
