The man’s name is Mr Anderson. He mans the gate of Kinda care Nursery and Primary school, 4th Avenue Festac by 21 junction. Lagos.
According to Network Against Domestic Violence Foundation, the mother of the child reported the case accusing the gateman of molesting the primary one pupil. She said all the teachers in the school are female except the gateman.
“The school is in Festac and all the teachers are female except the security man. This security man was also used as the transporter by the head teacher. She took school bus money from parents but the school has no bus. So the security man was always sent to drop off this woman’s daughter using a bike, Keke or bus. Several times the neighbors saw him drop her off”, she narrated.
The mother confessed that two times she had been free from work and decided to pick her child she had met only the child and the security man alone in the school.
After examining the child at the Mirabel center, they found out that her hymen had been broken and even her ass had been tampered with. Not only was she molested, they were old scars to show that it had been going on for long. The child said blood came out and Mr Anderson wiped it off. He threatened to beat her if she told. He also did it from back as with most molesters of children so she has no idea of what he used when she was shown a rubber penis..
The case was transfered to the Panti Division of the police after the officer in charge who is a woman, asked the little girls father to give her N50 000 to transfer the case or that the man will walk free. She sent her personal account and received the N50, 000.
The father has paid and the case moved to Panti instead of the gender unit.
Sadly for the parent according to the mother of the child, the proprietor of the school has been threatening the family, accusing the little girl of lying. The mother has also disclosed that since the occurrence of the ugly event, the proprietor has not visited the family or called, three weeks after.
The Human Rights office is in charge of this case said, their eyes are on it adding that justice must prevail or heaven will fall.
