Governor El-Rufia of Kaduna State
Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufia has announced that he is COVID-19 positive.
In a Tweet, his Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Kaduna State, Samuel Aruwan @samuelaruwan quoted the governor as saying “Earlier this week, I submitted a sample for the Covid-19 test. The result came in this evening, and I regret to say that it is positive.”
In a 52 seconds video posted on twitter, the governor urged people of the state to stay safe and follow health precaution guidelines. He said he is going into self-isolation.
