Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda on Friday evening at the Government House received in audience, former People’s Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate in Katsina, Sen. Yakubu Lado, who condoled the Governor over the passing of his mother, Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Barebari.
