Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State

The Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has promised to construct Mega Schools in all the four Emirates of the state.
He disclosed this while presenting his speech to mark 100 days in office held at Presidential Lodge, Birnin Kebbi on Thursday.
The governor explained that the present administration in state decided to borrow a leave from Borno State so as to boost education sector and to make it more standard.
He promised to be fair to all manner of people, adding that no section of the state would be marginalised.
Gov Idris assured that more teachers would be recruited into primary and secondary schools to further enhance the quality of education across the state.
Idris added that in line with his zeal to further strengthen education at the basic level, he awarded a contract for the renovation and construction of new classrooms as well as supply of furniture to schools.
