King Makers in Sansani Chiefdom in Gassol Local Government Area in Taraba State have elected a new Second Class Jankada.
The newly elected Chief Bello Nuhu Mohammad Bello to be Known as Jankada the third, scored 6 out of the 7 votes cast by the King Makers at the Presidential Lodge, Jalingo on Monday December 30, 2024.
He succeeds his younger brother Jankada the Second Late Abdulmutalib Nuhu Muhammed Bello who was brutally murdered by assassins in his Guest House in Sansani on Thursday April 18th, 2024 who ruled for twelve years. Six years as District Head and six years as a Second Class Chief.
Commenting on the election, the Ubandoman Sansani Chiefdom Alhaji Bashiru Nuhu, the Waziri, Yusuf Bawa, the Chief Imam Salihu Habu, the Sarkin Kudu Zulkifilu Sa’idu and many more too numerous to mention Commended the wise and the best choice by the King Makers for the entire people of Sansani Chiefdom.
They described the new Jankada as humble, highly principles, educated and disciplined who has all it takes to rule the people of the Chiefdom effectively and urged the Taraba State Governor Dr. Agbu Kefas to as a matter of urgency bless the election of the new Jankada, install and present him with a Staff of Office for the people to hive a sigh of relief.
Before his election, the Jankada the third of Sansani Chiefdom Bello Nuhu Muhammad Bello was the Acting Coordinator of NDE in Adamawa State and holds a Bachelor’s of Education (B-ED Technical) in Electrical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, he has three wives and ten children.
