The gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang has been declared winner.
Announcing the result on Monday, INEC Returning Officer for the Plateau State Governoship election, Professor Idris Amali, deputy vice Chancellor, Federal University Lafia, said the candidate of the PDP scored 525, 299 to beat Dr. Nentawe Yilwada of the APC who scored 481, 370
In a swift sportsmanship, one of the contenders and governorship candidate of the Labour Party, Dr. Patrick Dakum has called the winner and congratulated him on this feat.
Relaying his message, Dr. Dakum called to wish Mutfwang God’s guidance as he settles down to administer the state.
Dakum said in his phone message that “Caleb, how are you? This is to say congratulations and to wish you all the best, may God guide you, may God keep you as we wish you the best and we shall continue to pray along to see what God does”.
