NANS C5 group hails President Tinubu for appointing former NANS President, Asefon as aide on Students Engagement

A group of the National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) C5, a formidable strategic movement that champions democratic principles and good governance in Nigeria has congratulated it’s founding member, the former President of NANS, Sunday Dayo Asefon over his appointment by the President as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Students Engagement.
The group stated that the appointment did not come to it as a surprise because, “we are very much sure Asefon has contributed his best to the emergence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”
It added that C5 is driven by a deep commitment to the promotion of democratic values, transparent governance, and the overall betterment of our beloved nation, Nigeria.
According the group,”Our core mission is to advocate for and provide unwavering support for government policies and programs that are aimed at the well-being of all Nigerians.”
“We are very much sure Asefon will use his exemplary leadership and extensive experience in discharging his responsibilities,” It assured as contained in a statement by Prince Mohammed Sani Hassan, Secretary C5.
