Natforce DG, Okereke commiserates with Buhari, Nigerians over death of Abba Kyari

The Director General National Taskforce to Combat illegal Importation/Smugging of Arms, Ammunition, Light Weapons, Chemical Weapon and Pipeline Vandalism (Natforce), Chief Osita Okereke has commiserated with President Muhammadu Buhari and Nigerians over the death of Chief of Staff to the President Malam Abba Kyari on Friday evening.
Chief Okereke in a statement made available to journalists in Abuja expressed shock over the sudden death of the Chief of Staff and prayed for the repose of his gentle soul.
He described the late Kyari as “a loyal and dedicated officer who during his lifetime worked for the development and unity of the country.
“He gave his all for the realization of Mr. President’s ‘Next Level’ agenda with his vast knowledge and experience.
“The entire presidency and indeed Nigerians will surely miss the expertise he normally brought to bear on national assignments.
Chief Okereke who further said that the Chief of Staff was a good man. prayed that God will give President Buhari, his immediate family and indeed all Nigerians the fortitude to bear this great loss.
Okereke who is also the former Chairman, Inter-Party Advisory Counsel of Nigeria (IPAC) also used the opportunity to appeal to Nigerians to stay safe and comply with the lockdown directive of President Buhari and observe high personal hygiene assuring that with the measures put in place by both state and federal governments in the country will soon flatten the curve of COVID -19 pandemic across the nation
