The National Youth Assembly of Nigeria (NYAN) has announced the indefinite suspension of all number plates previously issued to its executive members across the country.
This directive was conveyed through the organization’s Chief Press Secretary, Amb. Solomon Fayese, during a media briefing in Abuja.
Ambassador Fayese explained that the decision followed deliberations between the National Speaker of NYAN, Rt. Hon. Usman Shagari, and senior officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
The move aims to strengthen collaboration with law enforcement agencies in identifying and eliminating illegal and unregistered vehicle number plates nationwide.
Fayese also urged all NYAN members to comply with this directive and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in their efforts to promote safety and security across Nigeria.
