The Board and Management of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) heartily rejoices with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, Fcna, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
A statement by Executive Director, Corporate Services, (NCDC), James Abel Uloko, JP, says “this special day provides an opportunity to celebrate Dr. Tsenyil’s exemplary leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the mandate of the Commission, particularly his passion for inclusive development, peacebuilding, and the socio-economic transformation of the North Central region.”
The statement noted Under his stewardship, the Commission has continued to demonstrate clarity of vision, institutional discipline, and a strong focus on programmes and partnerships aimed at rebuilding communities, empowering youths, and improving the living standards of the people.
The Board and Management commend Dr. Tsenyil for his dedication to service, integrity, and team-oriented leadership, and pray that God grants him good health, wisdom, and renewed strength as he continues to steer the affairs of the Commission.
