The general public is hereby informed of the unauthorized and misleading use of the corporate name, fake address, email, logo and identity of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) by certain individuals and/or groups.
The North Central Development Commission, established by an Act of 2024 and with its Board duly constituted in 2025, categorically states that it has no affiliation, relationship, or operational connection with any individual or entity using a similar name, including websites and email addresses such as www.ncdc-gov.com, [email protected] or claiming to operate from any address other than the Commission’s officially designated location.

For the avoidance of doubt, the official Head Office of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) is located at 15, Muhammadu Buhari Way, Lafia, Nasarawa State, and not at the World Trade Center Complex, Abuja, or any other location. In Abuja, the Commission operates temporarily from the Nasarawa State Liaison Office located at the Blue Springs Hotel Building, Central Area Abuja donated by the the Nasarawa State Government.
Members of the public, government agencies, development partners, and all stakeholders are strongly advised to take note and exercise due caution and to verify all communications, representations, or transactions purportedly made in the name of the NCDC only through officially recognized and authorized channels and officials at the aforementioned addresses.
The Commission hereby disassociates itself from any actions, representations, claims, or commitments made by unauthorized persons or entities and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from dealings with such individuals or groups.
NCDC has commenced appropriate actions through relevant authorities to address this matter and regrets any inconvenience this situation may cause.
This notice is issued in the interest of public awareness and protection.
