The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Commission (ICPC), has said all contractors who defaulted in their contract terms and divertion of Primary Health Care and poor road construction will be prosecuted.
The anti-graft agency led by the second in-charge Mr. Nuhu Gabriel stated this during the kick start of track verification of Federal Government projects in Yola, Adamawa State.
He said this violated contracts include the diversion of Primary Health Care which is suppose to be at Rumda-Baru in Yola North LGA to unknown destination and a two kilometers road to be constructed at Bekaji Housing Estate poorly constructed and abandoned.
