The Chairman of the Board of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, Rev Yomi Kasali has tasked the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims in Israel on good conduct.
Rev Kasali who is the leader of the 8th batch of Christian pilgrims currently in Israel gave the charge while addressing the pilgrims on arrival at the Ben Gurion International Airport, Tel- Aviv, Israel on 18th August, 2022 .
In the words of the Chairman, “I urge you all to comport yourselves in Israel as good citizens of Nigeria.”
He further enjoined them to embrace the virtues of Christian values while performing their Pilgrimage exercise.
The Cleric further enjoined them to take their spiritual exercise seriously as they go through the various holy Sites in Israel.
He posited that with the right spiritual attitude in the Holy land, they would surely have an enduring encounter with God before the end of their Pilgrimage exercise.
The Christian pilgrims currently under going their Pilgrimage exercise in Israel are made up of pilgrims of Borno and Yobe State as well as Consulars.
