Blessing Okagbare wife of former Nigerian Super Eagles player, Igho Otegheri has filed for divorce from her husband who she has married for 6 years.
In 2014, the young lovers tied the knot in a beautiful wedding in Sapele, Delta State which saw dozens of top Nigerian celebrities in attendance.
The presence of both families and friends were recognised. 6 years down the line and Blessing has filed for a divorce due to marital crisis.
According to online media report,Blessing Okagbare, the Olympic silver medalist initiated the divorce claiming infidelity, laziness and other marriage issues. Family of the wife is yet to return the bride price to Igho’s family as custom.
Speaking about the divorce on an interview, Mr. Igho Otegheri who seems to be hit by the divorce said; “She has said all the stories, I don’t have anything to say..I leave everything to God. Thank you.” (The Sportsbay)
