Ningi council chairman x-rays giant achievements in LG under Bauchi Governor Mohammed’s six years administration

The Chairman of Ningi Local Government Council of Bauchi State, Alh. Nasiru Zakarai, has passed a vote of confidence on Governor Bala Mohammed for the multiple infrastructure and empowerment projects and programs executed in the area since assumption of office in 2019.

The Council Chairman made the statement when he hosted Bauchi State Commissioner of Information and Communication, Usman Shehu Usman in his office when he led team of state Governor’s media officials, including Mukthar Mohammed Gidado, elder Abdulwahab Mohammed, media executives and journalists on facility tour of ongoing projects across the state executed by the state government.

While x-raying the numerous construction projects enjoyed by people of Ningi Local Government that includes Arinja — Balma road, Nasaru — Government Secondary Ningi — Gudduba, Sultan Abubakar road and and Ningi Police Station — Emirs Palace, Ningi — Burra — Lumbu road.

Others are renovation of Ningi Local Government Secretariat, rehabilitation of Ningi Emirs Palace, Ningi District Head Palace, Construction of Ari District Head Palace, Burra District Head Palace and Construction of Ningi East Primary Health Care centre Ningi, Construction of a brand new Mosque and many empowerment programmes.

The site engineer of the 11 kilometers Ningi township dualazation project, Mr. Wassim Dayaa has told the Information Commissioner and his entourage during the inspection that the work is ongoing
on as expected and the project is at 70 percent completion.

He assured Bauchi state government that the road construction would be completed and handed over by the end of this year 2025.

The Commissioner explained that the project tour was aimed to evaluate the progress, quality, and overall impact of Governor Mohammed’s initiatives across the state, emphasising that all ongoing projects in Ningi and beyond would be completed as planned.

While thanking journalists for their objective reportage since the commencement of the inspection and assessment of tour urge them to continue in same spirit in the interest of state.
