Former Cross River Governor, Ben Ayade

A former Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita is amongst 14 other eminent persons invited to attend the inaugural meeting to review the transition report from former Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade to his successor.
The committee, headed by former executive Secretary of the National Planning Commission, Ntufam Fidelis Ugbo, sits at APC governorship party office in Calabar on Friday 2nd June 2023.
The eminent persons are not restricted to indigenes of the state as a renown legal practitioner from Akwa Ibom State, Assam Assam, as well as two retired Assistant Inspector Generals of Police, Enene Okon and John Abang will also witness the report review.
Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu recently appointed the Transition Report Review Committee to look into the Transition Report and make necessary recommendations.
Others invited include, Pastor (Dr.) Bong Duke, Prof Ndem Ayara, Prof Ekanem Ikpi Braide, Mr. Odey Oyama, Engr. Effiong Bassey.
The rest are Mr. Gabe Onah, Prof. Ngim Ngim, John Opan Odey,Dr. Akpeh Edung Ogon, Pastor Chris Nyong and Barrister Gabriel Ikang.
