Adamawa Governor Fintiri

The Director General, Media and Communication to Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, Mr Solomon Kumanga and nine others have been sworn in as Permanent Secretaries in Adamawa state.
The state government sworn in the appointees to fill the existing vacancies created by the retirement of some permanent secretaries in the state civil service.
Governor Fintiri at the swearing said the permanent secretaries were appointed strictly based on merit, in order to strengthen government machinery towards maximum efficiency and productivity.
The Governor also explained the appointment of newly permanent secretaries was highly transparent and objective, devoid of any parochial consideration or sentiments.
The newly appointed permanent secretaries include: Solomon Kumangar, Ibrahim Buba, Yahaya Sule, Alhassan Muazu Tahir, Mamuda Ahmed Mishelia, Cletus Gotel, Aishatu BB Rilwan, Deborah Williams, Lina Markus and Michael Ana.
Chief of Staff, Government House, Professor Maxwell Gidado, commended efforts of the Governor for ensuring a highly transparent promotion examination of permanent secretaries in the state.
In a remark on behalf of the appointees, Ibrahim Buba, expressed appreciation to the Governor for the privilege and commended him for considering them worthy of this appointment in order to serve the state accordingly.
