The Hon. Minister of Petroleum (Oil) Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri and the Chief Executive of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Oritsemeyiwa Eyesan led dignitaries to the Shell exhibition stand where they interacted with Shell Exhibition team led by the Business Value Manager, Chidi Nkazi at the recently concluded 10th Sub Saharan Africa International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (SAIPEC) 2026 in Lagos.
