Governor Lalong of Plateau State

Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong, his Deputy, Prof. Sonni Tyoden, some leaders of religious and traditional Institutions as well as frontline health workers are set to receive the first dose of AstraZeneca vaccines against COVID-19 on Monday 15th March 2021.
The vaccination of the Governor will kick start the adminstration of the vaccines in Plateau State which recently took possession of 105, 600 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccines.
In a statement by Dr. Makut Simon Macham, Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Governor of Plateau State to Apex News Exclusive, the event is scheduled for 10am at the clinic of the new Government House Little Rayfield Jos.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, attendance at the flag off is strictly by invitation.
