Plateau Our Heritage rolls out teams to advance course of Plateau

The Plateau Our Heritage, (POH) is on a journey to advance the course of Plateau state, its Convener, Pam Ayuba Dangwong has disclosed.
Speaking during the inaugural ceremony of the POH college of administration and other teams at it’s end of year party, he charged members to put aside tribal and sectional sentiments so as to give the state the strong voice in order for it to be heard and respected.
He said, ” we want to be the voice that would shape the future of the state for generations to come”
The Convener further charged that members must eschew all forms of bitterness which he reiterated, has been affecting the growth and development of the state in the past and form a formidable front that would place the state among the commity of strategic states in the country.
In a short message, the Chairman, Hon. Alex Kwapnoe noted that the spirit of a true Plateau was fast fading and emphasised how the late J.D. Gomwalk and Solomon Lar encouraged indegenisation in their policies which aided the growth of indigenous companies and enterprises and these are good examples for emulation.
Performing the swearing in ceremony, Barr Tobias Ngufuwan administered the oath of allegiance on the College of Administration of the POH.
Thereafter, the Chairman declared the following teams inaugurated. These include; Health Dev, Education Dev., Agricultural Dev, Cooperative Dev. Infrastructural Dev. Culture and Tourism Dev, as well as the ICT and Media Dev.
