Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari

The Ilorin- born Dean of School of Education, University of Kigali, Rwanda, Prof AbdulRazaq Olayika Oniye, has described the reign of the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari as development- packed, eventful and peaceful.
Oniye stated this in a congratulatory message to the Chairman, Kwara State Traditional Council on his 81st birthday.
He described the 81st anniversary of Sulu-Gambari as “a divine gesture by Allah to enable the Emir continue his people welfarism agenda, communal unity and all round development which has been the cornerstone of his reign almost three decades now.
“I join all sons and daughters of the Emirate to rejoice with the Emir on this auspicious occasion of his birthday.
“I pray Allah elongate his reign for Ilorin Emirate and humanity to be able to tap from his milk of uncommon kindness for many more years.”
