Qualitative representation should be watchword of Kaduna APC ahead of party members registration
By Ambassador Shuaibu S. Gomna
It’s high time for the Kaduna APC to know and understand that leadership is a huge responsibility and they should endeavor to ensure that the internal scuffles of the party did not spill over to distract and ultimately affect the government’s determination of building the state.
The party should try as much as possible to keep separate its internal politics from the activities of the state as that may serve to distract and dissuade the government from carrying out its duties effectively.
Kaduna as the undisputed center of the North should be the pacesetter, as we know it is capable of, in terms of producing the finest politicians the region has to offer but that cannot be if the incumbent party is in internal shambles.
On behalf of the entire Kaduna state family of the Nigeria Youth Movement In Politics, I call on the state party leaders to focus on leaving legacies and training proteges that will ensure that their ideologies live on even after their reign.
We will also like to commend the efforts of the state Governor Mal Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai over the ongoing “Urban Renewal” around the state as it was what the state has been lacking since the departure of H.E Ahmad Muhammad Makarfi.
As the political party membership registration of both fresh, decampees and the existing members began come February 2nd, 2020, we wish the party a hitch-free process and to ensure adequate Youths Inclusiveness in the process.
We also call on our teeming Youths in the state to ensure they partake in the party registration process and that will be the first step in the process of change-making. We wish the APC Kaduna State a successful registration process.
