Rep Ranga representing Ningi/Warji Federal Constituency committed to fulfilling campaign promises

Hon. Adamu Hashimu Ranga, Member representing Ningi/Warji Federal Constituency of Bauchi State in the House of Representatives, has while interacting with journalists in Bauchi unfolded his commitment towards reducing unbearable hunger, hardship and unemployement in his constituency.

He disclosed that food items worth N8.5million was purchased and distributed to his constituents to bring succour.

The food items, purchased and distributed to households, includes maize, rice and millet.

In his efforts to ensure youths inclusion, Ranga said he sponsored 42 youths that learned basic skills installation and repair of Solar, DSTV, CCTV, software, hardware and POS business.

He added that he earmarked N100, 000, 000 for building of three skills acquisition centers in Ningi, Warji and Bura communities to improve their economic development.

Ranga said he sponsored two bills for the creation of Federal College of Agriculture in Ningi and Federal College of Education in Warji and all the bills has scaled through first and second readings in the National Assembly.

He also secured construction of classrooms blocks and offices and building of many health centers in his constituency.

The lawmaker said, “I am proud to inform you that as a result of my good representation some communities in Ningi local Government benefitted from construction of boreholes worth N70million as part of interventions of my constituency initiatives”.

He therefore reiterated his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises towards uplifting the social, economy and human development in his constituency.

He reiterated commitment to capture most of his plans in the 2025 budget in the areas of agriculture, micro business, youths and women empowerment which are central to the development of the Constituency that can be achieved easily with the support and concerted efforts of stakeholders in the constituency.

“Our vision is to create an optimistic, self-confident, prosperous Ningi/Warji Federal Constituency through the utilisation of our human and natural resources and operating within a democratic, open, and fair sub-national where opportunities and fair opportunities exist for all.”

The lawmaker informed that presently he has over N500 million skills acquisition materials that would be distributed to empower his constituents aimed at alleviating poverty, hardship and starvation.

He revealed that the materials to be distributed would not go around at once, therefore appeal to those that may not be lucky in the first phase of the employment to exercise patience and wait for subsequent programmes.

He called on those who will benefit from the empowerment materials to make good use of the items.

He said the items to be distributed are Laptops, POS terminals, sewing machines, dryers, generators and cash among others.
