The Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State, Simon Bako Lalong, has extended warm felicitations to his beloved wife, Mrs. Regina Lalong, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a message conveyed to mark the special day, the Senator described his wife as a cherished life partner, devoted mother, and constant pillar of support whose unwavering encouragement has strengthened him throughout his years of public service to Plateau State and Nigeria.
He said apart from her role in holding forth on the home front throughout his herculean official engagements that took him mostly away from the family, Mrs. Regina has not only been able to manage the home successfully, but also enculcated enduring principles in the children.
Lalong described his wife as a reliable, godly, patient, kind and trustworthy woman whose passion for humanity is contagious.
He recalled her impactful role as former First Lady of Plateau State, where she championed humanitarian causes and touched countless lives through the Switch Foundation, an initiative she founded that provided hope, care, and empowerment to the less privileged, particularly women and children.
Senator Lalong said his wife’s compassion, humility, and commitment to the wellbeing of others continue to inspire their family and the wider community.
He prayed for God’s continued blessings upon her life, including good health, favour, and fulfilment in the years ahead.
