The Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State Simon Lalong has congratulated the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Lateef Fagbemi, SAN on his 65th birthday.
Lalong described the Minister of Justice as an accomplished legal icon who has contributed immensely to the development of the Justice sector in Nigeria through his exploits in the bar.
He said Fagbemi is an outstanding lawyer that has combined practice with intellectual engagement and honesty which has served as a motivation for the younger generation.
Lalong described the learned silk as an asset to the legal profession particularly in his current role as the Attorney General and Minister of Justice where he has started achieving commendable results in implementing the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu Administration.
While wishing him many more years of good health, divine protection and peace, Lalong urged the Justice Minister to continue to pursue the rights of all Nigerians particularly the oppressed who need a voice for justice and fairness.
He describes him as a true friend and worthy colleague who is full of passion and patriotism for the development of the nation.
