The Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State, Senator Simon Lalong, has felicitated with his Paramount Traditional Ruler, the Long Gamai of Gamailand, His Royal Highness, Miskoom Martin Mudu’utrie Shaldas III, on the occasion of his birthday.
Senator Lalong described the Royal Father as a revered traditional ruler whose reign has been marked by wisdom, humility, and an unwavering commitment to peace, unity, and development in Gamailand.
He noted that the Long Gamai has continued to play a critical role in promoting harmonious coexistence, preserving cultural heritage, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of the people.
According to the Senator, the strong relationship between them has been built on mutual respect and a shared vision for peace, progress, and sustainable development in Gamailand, Plateau South Senatorial District and the entire nation.
Senator Lalong commended the Royal Father for his consistent support and fatherly guidance, which have greatly contributed to efforts at bringing development, stability, and progress to the area right from his time as Speaker, Governor, Minister and now Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
