Senator Lalong leads Plateau APC delegation on condolence to late Audu Ogbeh family

A delegation of stakeholders from the APC in Plateau State has paid a condolence visit to the family of former Minister of Agriculture Chief Audu Ogbeh to condole them over the demise of the elder statesman.

Leading the delegation, Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District Simon Bako Lalong said they came on behalf of the APC family to condole them over the loss of the late politician.

He told the widow of the deceased that Chief Audu Ogbeh was a mentor, father and patriot who served the nation with dignity and honesty.

Lalong said the impact of late Chief Audu Ogbeh will continue to be felt for a very long time as he was a man of principle who pursued excellence and uncommon passion for national development.

According to him, many politicians today passed through his tutelage and learnt a lot from his service to the nation.

The widow of the deceased appreciated the visit and thanked Senator Lalong for leading a high powered delegation to condole with them.

A former Governor of Imo State Chief Rochas Okorocha who also paid a visit to the family prayed for them and urged them to accept the demise as God’s will.
