Senator Lalong with Plateau APC chairman, Hon. Rufus Bature

Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State Simon Lalong has sent warm felicitations to Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Plateau State, Hon. Rufus Bature on the occasion of his birthday.
Lalong in a message described Hon. Rufus Bature as a patriotic Nigerian who continues to work for the peace, progress and prosperity of Plateau State and Nigeria at large.
Senator Lalong said the contributions of Hon. Rufus Bature to the growth of democracy in Nigeria are enormous as he has played his part in making sure that the dividends of democracy reach the people.
According to Senator Lalong, Hon. Rufus Bature as a former member of the Plateau State House of Assembly, former Secretary to the State Government and now Chairman of the APC in Plateau State has demonstrated love for the people and service to humanity.
As leader of the APC in Plateau State, Senator Lalong commended Hon. Rufus Bature for providing leadership to the APC in Plateau State and ensuring that the party remains a political force in the politics of the State and nation at large.
He urged him to continue to remain steadfast in ensuring that the party sustains its momentum and endear itself to the people through various programmes and projects as well as performance of its elected and appointed members in serving the nation.
While wishing him many more years of good health, peace and God’s blessings, Senator Lalong urged him to continue to serve with integrity, compassion and love.
