The Dajoh family of Benue State has formally welcomed Queen Zaynab Ngohemba as the new wife of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume.
In a statement circulating on social media on Thursday, the family expressed joy over the union, describing it as a moment of unity and celebration.
The statement, signed by Abraham Double-d Dajoh and shared by social media commentator, D’naked Elder Sughnen, said the entire family was pleased to receive Queen Zaynab into the Dajoh household.
“We, the entire Dajoh family, happily join our daddy, uncle and brother in welcoming his new and uncommon wife, Queen Zaynab Ngohemba-George Akume Dajoh, into the Dajoh family,” the statement read.
The family also thanked supporters of the former Benue State governor for their loyalty and goodwill, urging them to sustain their support as he begins a new chapter in his personal life.
Extending a warm message to the bride, the family welcomed her to Benue State, describing it as the “Food Basket of the Nation,” and to Mbakor, referred to as the seat of Tiv leadership.
They added that the presence of Queen Zaynab would further enhance the state’s development, expressing optimism that her influence would positively impact Benue and its people.
The family concluded by wishing Nigerians a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
