The enabling environment created by Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for businesses to flourish has continued to attract investors to the state.
The most recent is the Pledge-Tech Engineering which came in discussion with Gombe State Investment and Property Development Company GSIPDC to bring the famous wholesale and retail shop to Gombe State.
As part of their commitment and willingness, the top management of the outfit were in Gombe State for interaction with the state Investment and Property Development Company on possible ways to come and invest in the State and provide customers with a world-class shopping experience.
Leading the state team during the meeting, the Managing Director, Gombe State Investment and Property Development Company, Muawiya Farouk welcomed the ShopRite team and informed them of government desire to partner with genuine investors that will bring development to the state.
He informed his visitors that the state government under the leadership of Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has created an enabling environment for businesses to strive.
He said the planned presence of ShopRite is a welcomed development owing to the fact that it will create job opportunities for teaming youth as well as boost the economy of the State.
He thanked the management of Pledge – Tech Engineering for the initiative to partner GSIPDC with a view of bringing ShopRite to the State.
He said with the secured environment, coupled with the industrial park under construction and best state in ease of doing business, the state is speedily moving towards the part of sustainable economic development.
Earlier speaking, the team lead of Plege – Tech Engineering said they were in the State on a feasibility study and to interact with officials of Gombe State Investment and Property Development Company GSIPDC on their intention to bring ShopRite to the State.
He appreciated the State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, for providing an enabling environment and business opportunities.
He said Pledge -Tech Engineering has concluded plans to set ShopRite outfit in its quest to boost the state and the country’s economy as well as create jobs opportunity to the teaming youth in the State.
