Taraba SDP governorship candidate, Hon. Baido visits wounded gallant soldier attacked by bandit at Trauma centre

SDP governorship candidate, Hon. Baido interacts with Hon. Simon Loh, former Caretaker Chairman of Karim Lamido Local Government Area, Hon. Gowon Halla Emmanuel, SDP House of Representative hopeful for Ardo-Kola/Karim-Lamido/Lau Federal Constituency, Taraba state and others at National Trauma Centre, National Hospital, Abuja.

The depth of humanity and concern for all imbedded in the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Taraba State, Hon. Danladi Baido played out when he visited a soldier and member of his constituency who was among those attacked by bandits at Madalla check-point at the National Trauma Centre at the National Hospital, Abuja.

It was an emotional exchange of pleasantries when the SDP candidate first met with the wife of the soldier before going into the ward to see the wounded soldier, Lance Corporal Yobephee James.

This was contained in a statement by Anthony Maliki, Media Assistant to Hon. Baido, the Taraba SDP governorship hopeful.

Hon. Baido who represents Lau/ Karim Lamido/Ardo Kola Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives comforted the soldier and wished him quick healing.

He also said that as a member of his constituency, if there is any issue concerning his medical upkeep, he would take it up and also if there is anything that he needs, he said be contacted to follow-up.

Hon. Baido also presented a financial assistance to the wounded gallant soldier.

The Taraba SDP governorship candidate also checked on the son of Hon. Simon Loh, the former Caretaker Chairman of Karim-Lamido Local Government Area who was also on admission at the Trauma Centre.

Accompanied Hon. Baido to the Trauma Centre was Hon. Gowon Halla Emmanuel, the SDP House of Representatives hopeful for Ardo-kola/Karim-Lamido/Lau Federal Constituency, Taraba state.

Also at the health facility on a similar visit was Hon. Jerry Manwe, a former member House of Representatives from Taraba State.
