The Taraba South Network Alliance For DDI has passed a vote of confidence on Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku.
The Vote of Confidence was passed on Sunday in Wukari.
Speaking at the occasion of the votes of confidence spokesman of the group Tijani Saleh said the governor has ensured peace in the state particularly in the southern part of the state.
He mentioned the rehabilitation of the wukari general hospital, improved electricity in Donga Ussa and Takum, provision of farm inputs, sinking of Over Five Hundreds Boreholes and Empowerment of women and youth as among the good works of the Governor.
The urged the Senator representing southern Taraba at the national assembly Emmanuel Bwacha to withdraw the motion he moved on the floor of the Senate concerning the arrest of Fourteen Youths in Takum saying that the Youth were engaged in criminal activities.
The Group salute the governor for steadfastness and tolerance in the discharge of his duty.
They reiterated commitment to the actualization of the senatorial ambition of Governor DDI in the zone comes 2023.
During the votes of confidence the Youth moved round major streets in wukari holding various placards indicating their support to governor Ishaku.
