TASBISA Vice Chairman, Elder Habu felicitates with Christians, Muslims on Lent, Ramadan
The Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary of Taraba State Bio Entrepreneurship, Innovations and Solutions Agency, (TASBISA) Elder Josiah Bitrus Habu has felicited with Muslim Ummah and Christians as they both begin their holy fasting periods.
He said for the fasting periods of the two religions to begin on the same day is not only a spiritual coincidence but reflection on the need for better understanding and brotherly living.
Elder Habu pointed out that these holy periods of reflection and spiritual growth calls for reflection as times for renewal and connection with the divine.
He called on Christians to use the Lenten period to live godly lives as examplifed by Jesus Christ, give alms and show compassion to the less-privileged.
The Executive Vice Chairman also urged the Muslim Ummah to use the Ramadan as a time for renewal and connection with Allah.
