His prowess and meteoric rise received the attention of Nigeria’s authoritative radio station, Brilla FM,who voted him as Nigeria’s tennis player of the year, 2018.
Reacting to the award Ifeanyi said the honour came to him as a “pleasant surprise. It is a great honour that I cherish greatly. I feel really happy to be so recognized by the votes that came from the listeners and Management of Brilla.” Ifeanyi said the recognition will spur to double his dedication and commitment to the racket game.
