Nigeria has been divided along ethnicity behind religious intolerance and use of regional political party platforms. It will be another great mistake and dangerous if the presidency is consider on regional bases.
What Nigeria needs in 2023 is a detribalised, competent, credible and transparent leader with knowledge of Christianity and Islam, and above all the fear of God not minding where the person comes from or his religion. It must be on the platform of a national party not regional party with sectional bias, only these can heal the wounds of various nationality groups.
