TRAVSI NGO seeks financial support to repair packed-up ambulance, pick-up vehicle

The 24hrs Road Accident Victims Support Initiative, (TRAVSI), an NGO, is soliciting a special appeal of N2,350,000 to enable it fix its ambulance complete hub and a Ford Ranger pick up truck gear box and partial engine that packed up.

The repairs of the ambulance will cost N500,000 while the pick-up is expected to gulp N1,850,000 million.

24hrs Travsi NGO Founder/CEO, Gadafi Asemenya Jr. in a statement is appealing for donations and contributions from government, organizations, institutions, friends, families and the general public to support it with funds to fix the ambulance and pick up truck.

He said the International Standard Ambulance was donated three years ago by a Benue son base overseas to support its little efforts and initiatives to help and serve the lives of people of the state and Nigerians resident in the state or passing on transit to other parts of the country.

According to him, the pickup truck was the one he used as official vehicle then for the office of Protect Public Utilities, Critical Infrastructure and General Services to create sanity and orderliness in Benue State since 2008 and put it into use for the NGO.

He explained that from 2015, the vehicle was converted to serving humanity through the NGO for rescuing victims of road crashes and providing free transportation for women in labour to hospital facilities across the state.
