Plateau State Governor and Chairman of the Northern Governors Forum, Simon Bako Lalong was among the dignitaries that attended the wedding of the daughter of Secretary to the Government of the Federation, (SGF), Boss Mustapha, Anna and her hearthrob Ribomtop at the National Christian Centre Abuja on 17th December 2022.
Among top dignitaries that attended the wedding were Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, former President, Goodluck Jonathan, various Governors, national assembly members, top government officials and other private sector personalities.
Governor Lalong while wishing the newly wedded couple a successful married life, said he was happy that the parents of the couple gave them full support, raised them well and exposed them to wise counsel to go ahead with the union.
What he said was needed was for the couple to do their part by working together with one another in line with the word of God to accomplish his will for them.
In a sermon, Resident Pastor of Family Worship Centre, Wuye, Pastor Wilson Akuboh said marriage is founded on commitment for love and service where giving is the ideal.
He charged the couple to be patient, forgiving, kind and generous to one another as well as be ready to accommodate one another’s weaknesses.
CAN President Rev. Daniel Okoh, Pastor Sarah Omakwu of Family Worship Centre Abuja, and other men of God also prayed for the couple and assured them of their prayers and support.
The father of the bride, Mr. Boss Mustapha also prayed for the couple and wished them a great marriage.
