The Founder of Women for Peace, Security, and Social Inclusion, Mrs. Tinu Alade Abiola, has expressed profound gratitude to the over 4000 dedicated women who joined forces to amplify the call for peaceful protest and engagement dialogue.

In a statement signed by Hon. Felix Idowu, Mrs Abiola addressed concerns raised in a viral video, clarifying that the recent sensitization program aimed to educate women on guiding their children away from violence.

She emphasized that the concerns voiced were misrepresentations and assured that all needs indicated during the program were being addressed.

She said transparency and accountability are paramount, hence the NGO’s decision to handle financial entitlements directly rather than through coordinators.

Mrs. Abiola expressed disappointment over baseless accusations that threaten the NGO’s reputation, reaffirming the organization’s unwavering commitment to uplifting Nigerian women.

“Our mission is clear: to prioritize the welfare of Nigerian women and ensure they receive the respect and support they deserve,” Mrs. Abiola stated.

She urged patience as efforts continue to review the participant list, ensuring everyone receives their due rights and privileges.

Mrs Abiola called on all Nigerians to exercise their constitutional right to protest constructively and peacefully, reinforcing the importance of unity and non-violence in advocacy.
