Less than one hour to the presidential and National Assembly elections, Gaidam in Yobe State is under Boko Haram attack.
Information reaching Apex News said, Boko Haram fighters were seen at Maladari, 6 kilometres from Gaidam around 3:00am and shooting were heard at about 6:15am.
As a result, it was unknown if the presidential and National Assembly elections will hold in Gaidam, that has come under militant attacks recently.
