2023 Nasarawa West Senatorial District: Wadada urges other aspirants to remain in their profession while he represents them in politics

A former Member of the House of Representatives and Chairman, Peugeot Automobile of Nigeria, (PAN), Honourable Aliyu Ahmed Wadada, has urged other contestants for Nasarawa West Senatorial District to remain in their professions while he represents them on the political front.
He made the submission while address a mammoth crowd in Nasarawa.
Hon. Wadada represented Kokona/Karu/ Keffi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives for two-terms from 2003-2011.
He said he is a born politician that has no other vocation than being in politics and called on his supporters never to be agent of disaffection between him and his co-politicians in the zone.
According to him, he has no capacity to engaged in any thing that will bring the down fall of his party the APC, as such, people should not be masterminds of disunity of the party.
Hon. Wadada maintained that as a politician, he gives every aspirant especially of the APC unreserved respect and honour.
“This is so, because every aspirant deserved respect and their views, though may differ from his, but all is geared towards the progress and development of our people.
“However, what I know very well is that everyone has a unique gift in him. I know that my other brother, Barrister Labaran Magaji is a talented legal luminary and Architect Shehu Tukur is a sound consultant. My worries for them is why would they want to abandoned their areas of callings and skills?
“I would rather advised that they hold firmly their area of profession, so as we will continue to have good representation in those field of theirs at the national level and allow me to continue in politics, because while I go to the national assembly, I will still need their services,” Wadada admonishes.
Apex News Exclusive reports that Hon. Wadada contested for the Senate in 2015 along side the current APC national chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu but bowed out of a petition in the tribunal in honour of Adamu.
Also, Hon. Wadada, in 2018, contested for governorship during the APC primary with the incumbent governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule and lost. He came second among ten others aspirants.
