66th independence anniversary: Legislative Writers Forum lauds Dr. Dagazau as astute technocrat, exemplary minerals titan, benevolent public officer par excellence

As the nation marks its 66 years of independence as a sovereign, indivisible and indissoluble entity, a civil rights concern, the Legislative Writers Forum (LWF) has applauded the competent and dynamic Executive Vice President, Petroleum Downstream of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Ltd (NNPCL), Dr Abdulmumuni Dagazau for having built ‘a credible reputation for unstinting hardwork, technical competence, unimpeachable integrity, unwavering diligence, unvarnished professionalism, outstanding achievement and exemplary professionalism not to talk of his renowned charitable, benevolent and philanthropic disposition to all and sundry’.
In an appreciative message by the LWF signed by its Head of Media, Comrade Austin Asadu, the LWF hailed Dr Dagazau for creating innovative solutions to complex operational challenges, utilizing decisive leadership to implement these solutions while effectively managing risks and maximizing performance’.
In addition to his professional endeavors, the LWF noted that Dr Mumuni ’embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, successfully launching and managing various business ventures across industries such as Oil & Gas consultancy, Securities & Communication, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Aviation, and Real Estate’
The Forum however commended the legendary EVP’s
exemplary acts of kindness, generosity and compassion to the adults, women, youths, children as well as the physically challenged, the infirm, the indigent and other vulnerable persons of society’.
‘We also express our heartfelt appreciation for your continous support, generosity and unwavering contributions to the development and wellbeing of your people, your colleagues and subordinates as well as Nigerians irrespective of ethnic, religious, sectional or partisan affiliations’
The Forum further extolled his ‘exemplary acts of service, compassion and leadership that has continued to inspire the Nigerian people while beseeching the Almighty God to grant the resilient ‘Dr Abdulmumuni Dagazau ‘continued strength and success in all his endeavors’.
Indeed, many who have had cause to interact with the adroit, humble and hardworking EVP either in his office at the NNPCL or in his private capacity, would doubtless agree with this resounding citation.
The gifted extractive minerals titan is a rare gem that has touched countless lives and livelihoods wherever he touches base, be it in home state, Abuja or any state of the federation.
And true to form, Dr Dagazau carries out his official duties and operations in strict adherence to the cherished tenets of probity, transparency, accountability, due process and the rule of law.
In the venerable EVP’s impartial domain, hardworking and competent staff are duly rewarded and promoted while persistent laggards and chronic malcontents are advised to better shape up or be shipped out, no more, no less.
A steadfast Dr Mumuni Dagazau has also employed effective communication skills, working and liaising with different departments and secretariats both within and outside NNPCL whilst managing multiple and varied tasks simultaneously through effective planning, organizing and prioritizing with a high sense of attention and detail to achieve assigned goals and targets.
