Chief Sir Chris Onwuzirike is a community leader that leads with grace and serves with a pure heart.
He has made significant contributions to the growth of our community and his numerous traditional and church awards and recognition are a reflection of his outstanding accomplishments, service and leadership.
Chief Sir Christopher Onwuzirike is a chartered accountant and a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria ( ANAN). He also acquired numerous professional certificates both in Nigeria and abroad. He worked with the federal ministry of finance. His distinguished career in the civil service culminating in his retirement as a director is a testament to life shaped by experience, service, sacrifice, leadership and enduring commitment to the progress and unity of our nation.
Chief Sir Chris Onwuzirike, man of the people, was conferred with the chieftaincy title of Chinetugo of Uvuru Ancient kingdom in 2014 because of his unwavering commitment to the development of our community. He was conferred with another title, Ochendo of Mbutu Ukwu, a neighbouring community, because of his humanity.
Chief Sir Christopher Onwuzirike is a Member of Knight of St. Mulumba( KSM,)of the Catholic Church.
He contributed immensely to the building and development of the church in our community.
