Adamawa State is witnessing faster and more inclusive infrastructure development as construction firm Triacta continues to deliver major road and bridge projects ahead of schedule while actively empowering host communities.

In an interview with newsmen, Triacta Project Manager, Ghassan Ghenen attributed the company’s success in the state to a deliberate approach that combines engineering excellence with genuine community partnership.
“From day one, we have focused on building trust,” Ghenen said.

“The majority of our workforce is drawn from the host communities based on their qualifications. We also ensure that compensation is paid to affected persons before any construction activity begins,” he said.

This people-first strategy, he explained, has created a smooth operational environment and reduced friction often associated with large-scale projects. Triacta has been constructing four flyovers and multiple road corridors across Adamawa, consistently completing them in excellent condition — many ahead of contractual deadlines.

Giving back to host communities
beyond core contract obligations, Triacta has embedded community development into its operations.

The company routinely constructs between 100 and 200 metres of access roads in host communities to improve local mobility and connectivity.

Ghenen emphasised that local youths form a significant part of the project workforce, describing this as both a deliberate empowerment strategy and a key factor behind the strong relationships the company enjoys.

“Our projects are progressing smoothly because of the solid partnership we have built with the communities. We believe in involving the people and supporting the areas where we operate,” he added.

The Project Manager reaffirmed Triacta’s commitment to delivering durable, high-standard infrastructure within or before agreed timelines, while continuing to contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic development of host communities in Adamawa State.
